WE ARE LOOKING FOR VENDORS!Food Trucks, Crafters, Retail, Fresh Cut Flowers, Informational, Health, Book Mobile, Skin Care and Fashion Vendors. We welcome Non-Profits or Businesses that are NOT selling anything but would like to share information or promote. (10x10 Tent space) WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS!Thursday 08/11/22, Set-up: 330pm to 630pm: Help set-up lights and miscellaneous areas before Friday event. Friday 08/12/22, Event Day: 1pm to 9:00pm: Help set-up tables, tents, and parking area, set-up bingo game area, help direct vendors to their assigned areas, set-up trash containers, put up additional signs. When event is over, help break down tables, chairs and tents, clean up ground area of trash and other items. Remove signs from road and fence areas. EMAIL US [email protected]
