Description

This event is for everyone who cares about Abby and what she is trying to tell the court. If you are concerned for her, please show up in person. If you want the court to listen to her, please show up in person. If you want her to feel safe, protected, and respected, please show up in person. If you are worried about her mental health, please show up in person. If you are worried about her overall health, please show up in person. If you are concerned for her health and safety and the health and safety of her mother, please, PLEASE show up in person. Please bring written signs of support that we can hold up in the courtroom. I plan to bring one that says "Listen to her," and another that says, 'I support Abby." If you come to this court date, please consent to be represented by this united statement: "We are here to support Abby. We believe that children have rights: the right to be listened to; the right to have their preferences resected whenever possible. We believe the right to feel safe, to feel respected and protected, is an imperative priority. We thank the court for acknowledging all the people gathered here to support this child."
