Forming a New Band!

Hello All! I'm looking to either join(audition for), or form a cover band in the Parkersburg area. I'm thinking 60's to current music, dominantly upbeat rock, 7-8 people or so(guitars, bass, keyboards, horns and strings), and taking turns as vocalist. The ability to harmonize, and multi instrument familiarity would be a huge plus. Yes, it sounds like a “big band” possibly, but I'd like to be able to cover anything we choose, so we draw in larger crowds due to the “fullness of our sound”, versatility, and play larger venues as we choose to, etc... My influences include: Tool, Pearl Jam, Jim Croce, AIC, STP, Zeppelin, Dave Mathews Band, Fleetwood Mac, the Beatles, Foo Fighters, Queen, Breaking Benjamin, Alanis Morissette, Jimmy Buffett, 3 Days Grace etc...etc...etc... I have my own equipment, but I do Not have a place to practice. I'd like to start auditioning/ forming this project asap, so come fall, we could be ready to play a full show (30 to 40 songs or so).
