Part -time live in farm help for a 65 acre Miniature Horse Farm in North Danville KY. This part time position is for a single or couple who already have a full time job that wants to get ahead. 1099 compensation is: Very nice, large separate 2 bedroom apartment with private patio. Electric, AC/Heat and water included. Apartment has washer & Dryer Hook up. Hours: 20 hours per week 7 days a week Feeding horses, watering horses and cleaning stalls, misc. It takes 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. Yard mowing Candidate must: Like animals and have some knowledge about horses Operate a tractor Lift 50 lbs Pass a background check Have a 2 year verifiable full time work history. Drug free Be able to follow directions and work independently in all weather elements. Have general farm maintenance knowledge. References required.
