Join us as we put the FUN in FUNctional training. This circuit workout, sponsored by DBNR, will be led by Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer Payton Nowlin. The exercises will promote safe and effective movement. The goals of this functional strength training is to promote athletic performance, improve performance in daily life activities, and help promote independence. Coach Payton, who is also an OTR/L, will help to modify exercises based on your current needs and abilities. Join us for FUN & INCLUSIVE functional fitness!
This will be an outdoor workout, with blocked-off street access for ample space!
