Basic Function: Responsible for the installation of real estate sign posts in assigned routes in a timely, efficient and quality manner to exceed customer expectations. Job Requirements: · Possess High School diploma or equivalent · Possess valid Florida State Driver's License and ability to operate a pickup truck 8 hrs.per day · Physical Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time · Able to operate hand and power tools and GPS device · Physical ability to dig a 3 ft. hole and install/paint sign posts · Possess good communication skills and willingness to interact with others in a professional manner · Able to pay close attention to detail and have good organizational skills · Previous field service experience a plus Summary of Duties · Obtain daily route schedules and program GPS for most efficient route to achieve commitments · Assist in loading/unloading necessary products and materials onto truck · Drive vehicle in a safe and responsible manner abiding by all rules and regulations to/from each stop · Load/unload product or materials at each stop when required in a safe manner · Install or De-install each post per company specifications · Contact your Supervisor immediately in the event an issue occurs on the road or at a stop · Ensure your driver's license and privileges remain intact and notify your Supervisor immediately of any issues · Enter work order completion information into System App · Maintain a neat and orderly appearance as a representative of the company · Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle and toolbox · Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Lead/Supervisor · At all times handle yourself in a quality and responsible manner with all persons that you come in contact with
