Description
The Field Quality Manager is responsible for managing overall operations within an assigned region, including overseeing Area Supervisors and Butlers responsible for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout their assigned apartment communities. The Field Quality Manager works alongside our Area Supervisors and/or our frontline employees, splitting their time between recruiting/hiring, interviewing, training, payroll, client visits and oversight of the remote workforce who supervises and those who service our communities. The main function of this role will be to ensure that nightly trash pick-up is completed by their team per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our Clients! As we grow and bring on new communities, the Field Quality Manager will also coordinate with the field team to ensure a successful rollout and service launch. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Provide continuing education and frequent audits for area supervisors while addressing concerns as necessary - Responsible for answering team member and customer service calls during evening hours - Recruit/train/onboard new all new area supervisors in all regions as well as provide continuing education as needed - Accountable for ensuring region is fully staffed; fill in as needed - Enjoys the outdoors and comfortable with physical activity: e.g. climbing stairs, lifting up to 25lbs and walking repeatedly - Ensure team members have all equipment needed - Work collaboratively with other business units as required to serve customer - Certify all SOP’s are being followed by all team members - Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. - Other duties as assigned WHO YOU ARE: - Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management - Motivated self-starter with ability to be action-orientated - Experienced managing a remote workforce of up to 50 who work 5-7 days a week; roughly 2-3 hours per day - Intermediate level experience in recruiting - Customer service oriented - Will be required to give constructive feedback and coach employees - Flexibly pivots to changing priorities and timelines - #CDA (Can Do Attitude) mentality AKA A-Player! - Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must - Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills - Capability to work independently or with a team - Ability to build trust and rapport; effectively communicate with co-workers, employees and customers - Embody our core values: Building leaders; Always branding; Fun, enthusiastic team environment; Listen, fulfill & delight - High school diploma or equivalent, AA degree preferred or workforce experience PERKS - Company vehicle provided - Phone Stipend - Flexible Hours - Competitive Wage; annual salary - Incentive Programs; up to 15% bonus - Eligible for company sponsored benefits (health, dental and vision) APPLY HERE!
