Seeking Trusted & Reliable Cleaning Person for Sag Harbor Restaurant - PT Responsibilities pertain to various areas of the restaurant as well as on-site offices. Restrooms: · Wash and disinfect all sinks, counters, and fixtures · Wash and polish all mirrors · Furnish and install restroom consumables as needed · Wash and disinfect all basins, bowls, and urinals. · Wash and disinfect all toilet seats · Polish and clean all bright work · Wash and disinfect all dispensing units · Remove all trash to the designated area · Empty and clean sanitary disposal receptacles · Sweep and mop all flooring with proper floor cleaning supplies · Report all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing deficiencies Restaurant floor: · Clean and mop restaurant floor · Dust restaurant ledges and wipe down seating at tables Offices: · Wash and reset all tables and chairs · Wipe down desks and doors/doorknobs · Remove all trash to the designated area, replace plastic liners Common areas, seating areas, lobbies, corridors: · Spot clean fingerprints and smudges from glass partitions and doors · Wash, disinfect, and reset tables, chairs, and hard surfaces · Remove all trash to the designated area, replace plastic liners Building Entrance and Lobby: · Reception desk wiped clean · Clean fingerprints and smudges from glass partitions and doors Job Type: Part-time Vaccinated against Covid-19 required This is a job posted by Alchemy Hospitality.
