I need to consult with someone who can walk me through the best way to manage a large tree near my property by providing some ideas on how to trim it down - but also be knowledgeable of the legal steps/hurdles in Tacoma/Pierce Co. if it has to be cut down. Mostly I need a relationship intervention between me and this tree - which is dear to me. Your recommendations will help me decide what further paid labor work will be available.
