We are thrilled to present this partnership and lively event, "Cardio and Cocktails," at The Congregation Detroit! Join us for a 45 minute outdoor workout with Detroit Personal Trainer, AFC Strong, followed by cocktails and bites (my kind of evening workout). The Congregation, located in an extraordinary historic church, is a restaurant, coffee shop, and bar in the Boston Edison neighborhood in Detroit. They are best known for their large outdoor patio, craft cocktails, lattes, savory sandwiches, and incredible ambiance! This event is $20, all fitness levels are welcome.
