Permit drawings are currently in the process and should be approved by end of August. Looking for a contractor to demo and build an addition from foundation up. Will require insurance, workers comp. DC DOEE also now requires EPA RRP insurance. Please be prepared to show proof of the above insurance/certifications and have at least three references from projects of similar scope.
