Painting Interior - 3 Small Houses

I have 3 homes that all need interior paint. Walls, doors, trim (not baseboards). All 3 homes are near Del Mar park and each one is about 1,000 sq ft (one a little more, one a little less). Will paint walls light gray or beige and ceilings will remain unpainted white. Hardwood floors will not be replaced, but carpet (in 1 house) will be replaced. Baseboards replaced by taller baseboards. Looking to get a general quote and then we can see in person after I get a general price quote. 1st property: 3 bed, 1 bath about 1,000sq ft. One level. 2nd property: 2 story. 2 beds and 1 bath on main level and a converted attic that has two additional small bedrooms upstairs. 1100sq ft 3rd property: 2 beds, 1 bath 850sq ft. One level.
