1 year old puppy!! SET TO BE EUTHANIZED My life will be taken away from me 7/14 6 pm I don't want to lose my life! Hi, I'm Wylie (I may be OK with other dogs in your home, but a SLOW INTRODUCTION is needed). I am set to be euthanized July 14th. Why am I E-listed? STRESS! I am struggling SO BAD that I’m jumping/bounding off my kennel walls... It is inhumane to keep me here in this condition! And now the shelter wants to put me to sleep! Will you help save my life? I am well mannered and so sweet. I’m a 1-year-old, neutered, brown German Shepherd puppy (72 lbs.)! I was wandering homeless when brought to the shelter. My finder said I did OK with his three dogs but didn’t like them around my food dish. I have been at this noisy, chaotic place for three months. These kennels are so small that I can barely turn around. Besides that, long periods of confinement with limited exercise and play have been hard on me. My tail wags when someone comes to take me out, and I get so excited that I pull to get out to the play yard. Can you blame me? I am a friendly boy that will come up for attention but may be a little jumpy at times. I am easily corrected. I will “sit” for treats and take them gently. I don’t mind being handled all over, like pets, and will roll over for a belly rub. I love to play with toys and chase tennis balls. It is recommended that I have an adopter that understands what a stressed puppy needs, that I meet the entire family before going home, that I have some in-home training, and that children in the home be older. I will need a predictable routine, a lot of time to decompress and relax, and time for exercise and play. I’m a young dog that deserves to live a long full life! Can you save me?
