I am in need of a handyman to assist with various work at rental properties I own throughout Faribault. The work varies greatly each week, but would entail things like repairing a leaky faucet, replacing a door knob, replacing a bathroom fan, minor outdoor landscaping work, etc. There are dozens of different types of work needed. Each day is different. The person would need to live within 10 minutes of Faribault or it’s not going to work. You will have a very consistent flow of handyman work.
