Recieved a 14 day eviction notice not a 30 day

Looked up when a 14 day notice applies in Minnesota and it only applies to verbal or "at will" leases. Mine was a written out legal lease but I haven't received 30 days to pay it. Which I can. But the 14 days falls just short of that. What can I do about this?
