Leadership positions include Lead Technician, Alignment technician and Service manager. We always promote from within our own company! Training: We provide extensive, on-the-job sales training to all tire technicians. We also offer extensive safety training, providing our employees with the knowledge they need to work as safely and injury free as possible. Compensation: All Techs are paid weekly, and compensation includes your hourly rate, 1.5x pay for all hours over 40. Also Includes incentive bonus given out twice a year. As well as a $500 sign on bonus.
