Located in Biddeford, ME, MugBuddyCookies is seeking creative, motivated, and talented individuals to join their team! This is a friendly, fast paced environment working at high production levels. Job Description: Decorator - Replicate icing designs on pieces of cookie - involves repetitive arm and hand movements and hand squeezing for at least 85% of the day. - Identify the different shapes/dimensions of cookie pieces. - Work with assemblers to help manage/match production inventory. - Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment. - Properly handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines. - May be asked to cross train with other positions if necessitated by production levels. - Assist with other duties as needed and seen fit. Compensation: $14/hr starting, increases with skill level Hours: Average 30 - 36 a week (part-time and per diem shifts available) Shifts: Typically 6 hours daily between the hours of 8-6 Mon - Fri, 8-2 Sat (can flex to longer shifts, earlier into the morning, late afternoon/early evening, and weekends) Project Start Date: Immediate (hiring ongoing until the right candidates are found)
Late November to Early December. Longer employment available to interested candidates.
 Work Conditions: Work includes sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, bending, lifting, and carrying.

 - Ability to Focus on a single task for long periods of time - Self motivated and interest in getting things done - Respect for Deadlines - Consistent Performance of completing timed tasks - Ability to lift up to 20lbs - Adaptability - Goal Oriented Experience: Ideal candidates are individuals with dexterous hands (includes: crafters, artists, cake decorators, hair stylists, cosmetologists, etc.). History of production work a plus, but not required. Will teach all necessary skills on site to the right candidate.
