Help needed working on cars

I have several things to fix on my family cars and need help from a knowledgeable person to complete items like these: - change brake rotors and brake pads - flush the brake fluid - troubleshoot an electrical problem causing the left turning light not to flash - replace the fuel filter - replace a radiator fan - replace shock absorber (shock and spring combo as a whole unit, so spring compression is not necessary). I already have the parts. - Other I'm looking for someone that has enough experience fixing cars to help me do these things properly at a fair rate. We can work days, weekends, evenings.
