In its short existence Andremily has established itself as a leader in small-production, artisanal Rhone varietal wines in California. Owned and operated by Rachel and Jim Binns, Andremily consistently produces some of the most critically acclaimed and highly sought-after wines in the world.
We are in search of 2 qualified individual to join our winery team. Working as part of a small crew, these individuals will participate in every aspect of wine production including vineyard work; preparing the winery for harvest; fruit processing; primary and secondary fermentation monitoring; daily cellar work; winery and equipment sanitation; and fruit maturity sampling and monitoring in the vineyard.
The successful candidate will possess leadership qualities, be self-motivated, be detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic, have a willingness to learn and must work well both individually as well as in a team environment.
The successful candidate must also be committed to the team. We do work long hours, and our focus on quality of work never waivers. We strive to keep the workday fun, and the workload reasonable for everyone on our harvest team. This is a physically demanding job applicants should be able to lift approx. 50 lbs. Previous winery employment bilingual and/or forklift certification a plus.
