If you answered YES to these questions, you may be eligible to participate in an insomnia study:
The purpose of this research study is to explore the effectiveness of app-guided mindfulness meditation on sleep quality. Benefits include learning skills to self-manage sleep difficulties. No medications will be given.
Participation includes two over-night sleep studies, questionnaires, sleep diaries and actigraphy. Individuals will receive $200 compensation, free breakfast after sleep studies, voucher for free parking, and reimbursement for a smartphone app.
