Landscape clean up and Mulching I have two homes located across the street from each other. I have already done the heavy lifting and did the bed edging, sprayed the weeds, fabric, had the mulch delivered and major clean up. Job Description: Rake and clean up, all beds, clean of any small stones or rocks, small twigs, and detritus (dead plant matter). Dispose of material on site in designated location. Distribute 200 bags of mulch. 100 for each property. Distribute to locations around the flower beds. The bags are on pallets on the driveway(s). Open up bags, neatly spread mulch to cover beds at approx 3 in depth. This Is a cash lump sum job. Two people with a strong work ethic could easily do this job in less then a day. Probably half a day of you employ a good system. Work has to be done in a professional workmanlike Fashion. No smoking on site And no bathrooms. Appearance must me acceptable for residential neighborhood. I have to be able to communicate with you.
