Hey everyone, with a heavy heart I'm making this ad in hopes to find a perfect home for my Sun Conure. Her name is Lindy. I had gotten her 2 years ago from an elderly woman who had health problems and had caged lindy for the last 3 years of having her before rehoming her to me. The woman has since passed away. I have made progress with lindy and she's pretty tame to hold but has some troubles biting when getting her out of her cage. I use a oven mit. But she's definitely hold able and let's me play with her and pet her seldom, as she's shy but also talkative. She's a bit jumpy where you touch her but she's getting better. She does give kisses to me, not sure of others though. She loves sunflower seeds, millet and cheerios as snacks and eats pellet foods and other seed foods. She makes chicken clucking noises and kissing noises so we call her a big chicken when she does it and our parakeets baby chickens. Lol. Unfortunately my lifestyle is changing faster than I can accommodate for her and I only want the perfect home for her. So I'm looking for a home with past bird experience and a vet reference. There is a rehoming fee. Her cage will be included, and pick up only. I don't have a big vehicle for her cage to deliver. Seriously inquires only.
