We had a moment at the parking meter at Willamette Park. We both were double checking that we didn’t need to pay for parking. We continued chatting while walking down to the boat ramp to meet up with our friends, you complimented my hair and invited me on your friends boat if mine fell thru. You seemed sweet and had a great smile, I felt some chemistry-kicking myself for not asking for your number! You told me your name was Matt!
