(1) Need someone to install Vinyl Plank flooring in a rental townhome (next week)
Property will be vacant.
Let me know your experience, availability and rate.
(2) Need someone to fix couple windows and replace couple windows; must have experience doing window work and ladder or scaffolding to reach the windows.
(3) Need a painter to paint 10 doors and 2 windows.
(4) Need someone to do few miscellaneous fixes:
a) apply mortar to stick back few bricks coming off
b) resurface few deck planks and stain them
c) change 2 light fixtures
d) replace Toilet Flush Valve
e) fix drip on main water shutoff valve
