Help!! Need antibiotics

I have a pitbull that has an open wound on its side and I need antibiotics ASAP. I had some old antibiotics that I have been given her and they run out tonight if anybody out there has any animal or human antibiotics laying around that they have not used I would like to use them for my dog.
