Please help me report this property (18224 Ingomar St Reseda, CA) The landlord is illegally renting out her RV trailer with no permits. She has her tenants living the trailer in 100 plus degree weather with no access to AC or cooling unit due to the electrical circuit breaker not working for the trailer. She also refuses to fix it, and at times even shuts off the power and leaves her tenants without electricity for several hours.
