Found 2 dogs at Smiths on 4th

I found these 2 dogs at the Smiths parking lot on 4th and Guadalupe. They are definitely together. They almost got run over twice. They were both very hungry and thirsty. They are both really nice and well mannered. It almost looks like someone dumped them there. I need help. I cannot keep them for too long. I have too many animals already. I would love to see them stay together. Poor babies. Please someone. Help take these babies to a good home
