Drywall work in basement needed. Frame needs to be constructed including insulation. Mudding, sanding and painting are required. Dimensions 19ft long by 9 ft high. I do like to provide work to local people. Unfortunately, due to being burned, lied too, and attempts to cheat me by various contractors the following stipulations apply. 1. I will go with you to purchase all required materials for the job. No deposits will be provided for materials because other contractors have tried to buy materials for other jobs or extras for themselves. 2. I don't pay for gas for you to come out for quoting the job. That is part of doing business. 3. $25 late fee for not showing up at a scheduled time. 4. Cannot be on parole. 5. No smokers. 6. Contractors license # required. I verify all licenses through the state and insurance is also required. 7. Picture of drivers license required. 8. Full payment when the job is completed.
