This is the fastest pace job in the factory. There are 2 operators per machine. They rotate approx. every 20 minutes. One person is placing the fish off a conveyor line into the slots on a toyo machine. The other person aligns and straightens the fish so they are cut properly. They rotate every 20 minutes. The feeder position is very fast-paced and the aligner gives them a rest. It takes someone with more stamina than other positions. It is not a place for someone who gets dizzy or has motion-sensitive issues. Good hand-eye coordination is a bonus. $15 – Starting $15.50 – after 2-week probationary period
