Need fan for dog- trade for tools?

Hello, I'm just checking to see if anyone may have an extra larger fan they could part with please? I'm new to Eugene, and being self employed, well, the business isn't there quite yet. I live in a 700 sq ft cottage, with an older Husky/ Sheppard, who gets uncomfortable at 70° With money being an issue, I would be more than happy, actually insist, to trade for some tools or yard service? I do yard maintenance, and could trade the value of the fan for a mow, weeding, or anything like that.
