ceiling fan expert needed

72" quorum cirque ceiling fan, will not respond correctly with reciever and remote. Fan is brand new. Cant figure out the problem. Got new replacement reciever and controller. The wiring is correct. It has to be the programming. I need a electrician who KNOWS how to fix it. If you havent worked with this type of fan before please do not reply to this ad.
