The city of Pine Bluff has a feral cat problem. I have seen many over the years. Most come for my food. I adopted a male cat from the animal shelter a few years ago and he made friends with the feral cats and only comes by when he is hungry. I need to get rid of some kittens and female cats. The momma is a great mouser.I have trained them to accept humans. Three have had litters here. I have 7 kittens available for adoption to good homes. I have tried neuter route. Got my male fixed...
