Re-homing Golden Retriever Puppy

We have a 12 week old golden retriever male name Maverick. He’s is full breed and microchipped. I had to move in with an elderly family member and can’t take him with me. I am asking for a $800 rehoming fee. I paid significantly more for him. That includes a cage, some food, food/water dish, his monthly flea prevention medication and leash. He is great with kids. I have a 9 year old and a 3 year old and they play with him constantly. He’s potty trained for the most part. He still has accidents here and there, but not often. He loves to chew on paper for some reason, and shoes, but other than that he’s a great dog! Please text me with questions, but only if seriously interested.
