Description
I have an Indian ringneck parrot that needs a new home, I’ve realized that I do not have time for the amount of work this particular bird needs.
I was told it’s probably around 8 months old or so. I’ve been calling it a he, but you won’t be able to tell if it’s a male or female until it’s 1-4 years old which is when they normally developed their rings if they are male.
I’ve worked with birds before but this bird is terrified of hands or people getting close to it. I’ve tried everything I could and I can’t seem to make progress with it.
I didn’t want to do this but this bird definitely needs someone who has a LOT of time on their hands. You are going to need a lot of patience as well.
I will only let him go to someone I know has previous bird experience, and can provide him everything he needs and more. There is going to be a rehoming fee, he was not a cheap bird and I need to know that he is going to a good home who knows what type of care Indian ringnecks need. I cannot include his cage so you also need to already have a cage for him. I will be asking for pictures and proof of your previous bird care.
Only message me if you are seriously interested. I can then try to get some pictures of him for you. And answer any other questions you may have. Thank you in advance.
