Full-Time position with shared on-call responsibilities. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, snow removal and troubleshooting of furnaces and H20 tanks helpful. Must hold a valid NYS driver's license and have reliable transportation. Must have own tools and able to lift 50 lbs. without help.
