Description

Driver needed to drive vacant and occupied houses -take pictures of interior/exterior -assess what needs to be addressed -change locks -secure house -install for rent signs -upload pictures to the property data base -write up and follow up on issues at the houses -schedule appointments for the occupied inspections This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday. We pay an hourly rate, mileage reimbursement, cell phone stipend, paid holidays and 2 weeks vacation pay per year. We also offer medical, dental and vision insurance. Must have a reliable car, good driving record and a cell phone. Property management knowledge is helpful but not necessary. Please reply to this email.
