Drywall and Laminate Flooring

Description

I have a 600 square-foot room that I want to remodel with drywall and laminate flooring. On the drywall project, I want to remove the current ceiling and remove the shingles on the soffit, and then I want to drywall the ceiling and the soffit area only. On the laminate flooring project, I want to remove the current laminate flooring, and then I want to have a new vinyl laminate plank flooring installed. There will be some demo involved as the current ceiling has to be removed, which is like some type of tile, and then the shingles and plywood that is on the soffit needs to be removed as well. There is a wooden bar and a closet that I want removed. You can see the bar and the closet next to it that I want to have removed prior to the doing the drywall and new flooring. The overall walls of the room will be left alone as I like the wooden panel. We are just drywalling the ceiling and the soffit. The room is 600 square feet and I estimate it's around 30 sheets of drywall. And the laminates will be for 600 square feet installation.
