Description
As a Cook Contractor, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties include preparing the restaurant to open, chopping vegetables, following recipes, frying/grilling food to order, maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, and cleaning post-closing. General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations are preferred, but not required.
Must have flexibility in availability and be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including day and evening hours. Must be able to get food handler's certification.
