The ideal candidate for this position will be a hands-on type who enjoys working with their hands and is serious about customer service. Our Installers are regularly tasked with the installation of new equipment, maintenance of existing equipment and troubleshooting any potential problems that may occur. Primary duties include but are not limited to: · Strictly follow safety instructions/ practices, and company policies · Required to wear all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) · Show up on time to job site and trainings · Ability to operate a forklift or scissor lift (We will provide annual training/ certification) · Ability to work around tenants equipment and/ or machinery · Must have reliable transportation · Ability to work days 40 hours weekly with some overtime (some jobs require working evenings and/or some weekends) · Must be able to work at heights up to 30’ on man-lifts, ladders, scaffolding, while installing hardware at roof structures from inside the building · Frequent standing, bending, walking, reaching above and below shoulder level, repetitive hand-use for simple grasping and power grasping for up to 3- 6 hours a day · Occasional sitting, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting at the neck and waist, using fine hand manipulation and pushing and pulling using hands · Lifting frequently, 0-25 lbs., approx. 5’ high · Lifting occasionally, 26-75 Lbs., approx. 4’ high · Carrying frequently, 0-25 lbs., approx. 20’ · Carrying occasionally, 26-75 lbs., a distance of approx. 10’ · Work with paint, epoxy, welding, concrete and dust – Must wear a respirator, when performing these tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
