Remodeling and new residential construction firm seeks a project coordinator with direct construction experience. Duties will include providing assistance to project management in coordination of subcontractors & vendors along with hands-on "pick up" work to complete projects ie. - final punch list items, corrections required by local inspections, etc. Must have reliable transportation, sufficient tools to complete described work.
