Manchester Water District seeks Meter Reader / Service Technician’s Apprentice to read revenue meters and assist Service Technicians with facilities and distribution system maintenance of a public water utility. Position will require physical labor in varying weather conditions, direct interaction with the public, and basic computer skills. No water utility experience necessary, but emphasis on mechanical aptitude and facilities maintenance experience preferred. Assignment shall be a regular full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Starting wage shall be $19.51 / hr., with full benefit package and opportunity for advancement.
