ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance Technician Duties and Requirements: • Strong experience in apartment turnover • Experience and willingness to complete daily service requests • Drywall • Painting • Basic appliance experience • Basic electric experience • Basic plumbing experience • Must have basic hand tools QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • 2-5 years of previous experience, preferably apartment maintenance PREFERRED SKILLS • Excellent customer service • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy ADDITIONAL NOTES Pay rate $19.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE.
