We are looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to work at a large 90 unit apartment community. We offer a generous compensation package in exchange for the 40/hrs a week, which includes a full rent credit of $1295.00 for a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment home plus a monthly cash salary of $2000. We will also provide $50. In monthly reimbursements. The following skills and experience are required and/or strongly preferred: Have at least 3 yrs of solid apartment maintenance experience or equivalent. Be willing and able to paint/clean/repair apartments at turnover or oversee vendors, if necessary. Change out lighting, plumbing, electrical outlets, and install appliances on turns. Alert supervisor of any potential liabilities or repairs. Identify property problems and repairs needed in the areas of structural, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. Must be able to push/pull 70 lbs. Have a strong work ethic and be able to work unsupervised to meet deadlines and goals when necessary. Handle any requests on an immediate on-call basis. Maintain exceptional curb appeal by picking up the grounds twice daily. As this position involves a lot of interaction with residents, vendors, and staff. A positive and friendly attitude is necessary. This position reports directly to the on-site manager.
