Job Description: Individual Responsibilities: Ensure workflow set by supervisor is performed; monitor and coach/train for accuracy, safety and efficiency across all departments Resolve or escalate operation issues and minor employee concerns to ensure associates continue production (including minor conflict resolution, machine breakdowns, etc.) Monitor and record performance/required reporting metrics; work with supervisors to address issues affecting metrics Handle team logistical activities including attendance, break monitoring, and area clean-up Ensure machines are properly setup, running the correct jobs Ensure speed and quality is maintained Provide review inputs and comments for associate reviews, to be finalized and delivered by supervisor Act as team champion by engaging associates daily and holding associates accountable for output Monitor all safety and security processes and escalate to supervisor as required Perform associate tasks during periods of peak demand Requirements: Verbal communication Experience within logistics or parcel shipping industry Ability to execute when given direction Deep understanding of associate tasks (across functions) Leadership and coaching skills Basic performance evaluation skills Basic computer skills (OneNote, Excel) Basic math skills Basic English language skills (spoken and written) Physical mobility There are 4 openings for this position, starting on First shift.
