Paragon Spray Foam is the leading Spray Foam Insulation Contractor in the greater Los Angeles area. We are looking for an experienced Spray foam(Spray Polyurethane foam) sprayer to join our team. The spray foam sprayer is primarily responsible for the safe and quality spraying of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial properties, working both inside and outside of crawl spaces, attics, and basements to insulate these areas, must be able to identify and correct spray foam issues. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, be able to work overtime and weekends and have a minimum of 2 years of experience with spray foam application. Pay and Benefits: -Starting at $25.00/ Hour up to $35.00/ Hour depending on experience -Weekly pay -Full-time employment -Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance -401K with a company match Responsibilities : -Understand and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly -Installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial properties including Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation, --Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation, Low pressure Can Foam for smaller cracks and crevices. -Loading Spray Foam Barrels from Warehouse on to Truck/trailer -Deploying hose 300 feet that weigh up to 80 pounds manually from truck to Jobsite -Able to safely drive the vehicle alone or with crew members to the job site. -Run Quality Control Pre-checks on material and environmental factors to ensure properly mixed spray foam -Run Quality Control after installation including density or yield tests. Check for missing areas. -Perform maintenance on Spray Foam Equipment to ensure peak performance and equipment longevity. -Troubleshoot spray foam equipment as needed to repair problems and malfunctions and return to operations -The working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. -Occasional operate and drive a company vehicle Skills / Qualifications : -Must have reliable transportation to get to work. -Must have a valid driver's license -Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects continually throughout the day. This is extremely physically demanding work -Understand job instructions and record-keeping -Installers must be able to work in tight places or in high places from ladders or scaffolding -Lift a minimum of 50 lbs -Be able to climb ladders and scaffolding repeatedly -Frequently bend, twist and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees with spray hose in hand -Detail-oriented -Must be able to work independently or with team members. Requirements needed to be considered : -Experience with repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment -At least 2 years of Experience with Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation -Prior experience -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Bilingual in both English and Spanish (preferred)
