All the ads say "THIS IS NOT A PAID..." Maybe they should, I mean if you want a good, committed drummer to stick around more than 6 months. I'm mainly interested in a working 'cover' band. I know literally thousands of songs beginning from the 60's all the way up to now. I'm always early, can hang before, after gigs and rehearsals. How about going to see bands as a band? I'm down! Playing in 'original' bands is fun, but rather than get another part time day job, let's just play music! If you're like me and have a day job, you can and should choose to spend some money on hiring the perfect drummer. I can rehearse Wed nights, Weekend nights (if I'm not gigging) and weekend days.
