ArtHatch has a private upstairs space available August 1 for a visual artist, jeweler, or similar creative. Space is 10x15 and has a solar tube for natural right, track lights, and ceiling fan Price includes: 24/7 use of space (No living, work only space) Wall Space outside the studio Shared lounge Shared kitchen Name on door 15% off drinks in Last Spot (our on site art bar) Name on monthly cards 3 images, bio, and portrait on arthatch.org Minimum 6 month lease, one month deposit. $525/month View a full tour of our building below. We are in a great area with lots of galleries, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, weekly farmers market, and park across the street.
