Who We Are: Better Places, LLC is a family owned business specializing in flips, turn keys, and make ready. We partner with several major property management companies in the KC Metro area. We offer great, level pay and provide all job materials. Please have your own tools (We have tools available for rental if you're missing something.) For reliable teams we can offer plenty of steady work. Who We're Looking For: Experienced, self sufficient sub crew. Please be honest about your experience. We work all over the metro area and generally stay on a job site for 4-6 weeks. Please be able to get yourself to and from. Valid General Liability and Workman's Comp insurance required!
