Looking for a Handyman. I have rentals and a flip I am doing. Looking for someone that can do a little of everything. Paint, Tile, texture, drywall repair, hanging fans.... 1099 position. 20-25 an hour DOE or I can pay you by the job. Let me know what works. Must have own transportation and tools. Flexible hours and schedule.
