Hello. Found this cute little guy roaming around this morning. Panting and hot. I cannot keep him because I already have an adult male who isn’t very friendly toward him but I didn’t want to put him back on the street. I have the dogs separate at the moment. I do not have a working car to bring him to a shelter and I feel so sorry for him. He is so timid and appears to be extremely hungry with his ribs showing. Could someone please help this guy?
